Make Yourself A Priority

Counselling Approach

Marcy Kralik is a graduate student completing her master’s studies in counselling psychology. Whether you are in the midst of a difficult transition, welcoming a new chapter, or sitting in the discomfort of something that feels unmanageable, counselling can be a welcome space to slow down, receive, and practice being your most authentic self. Inspired by her own studies and experiences, Marcy’s interests and training in somatic and alterative healing make her approach well suited to individuals who are exploring deepening their mind-body connection. Marcy offers accessible, low-cost counselling.

About

Marcy was born and raised in Southern Ontario and graduated with honours from the University of Windsor where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For the last 7 years, she has practiced in a variety of settings in Calgary, Alberta where she lives (and plays!) with her young family. As an RN, Marcy’s career has been built on caring and partnership. She has shared in many vulnerable moments, on the best and worst of days and she is glad to be able to bring this patience and presence to the counselling space. Marcy believes that counselling is an opportunity to find connection and meaning- to offer yourself time, attention, and courage to venture inward.
